KaraJean Jordan

If you haven’t had the chance to meet me yet my name is KaraJean but feel free to call me KJ. I know my name is pretty unique (thanks mom!)

I’ve been in love with the beauty industry since as long as I can remember. My mom always said that she knew what my profession was going to be since she would always have to hide the scissors and markers away from me to protect my baby dolls.

My passion really lies with hair and make up. I grew up doing all of the girly things; Dancing, Cheering, and doing pageants, where you always had to have your hair and makeup done. Seeing as my mom didn’t even own a blowdryer, LOL, I had to teach myself and slowly started helping others with theirs!

I’m very close with my family and I grew up being an only child (very spoiled) eventually with 2 half brothers. I am born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina and obtained my cosmetology license from Paul Mitchell in Columbia.

I have currently been at Metropolis for almost 5 years now and have learned where my skills lie. I’ve probably been a blonde my entire life hence why blonding and dimensional color are my favorite.

The way to my heart is a dimensional blonde. I am an obsessive dog mom to a mini Dachshund, named Willow and a dachshund/beagal mix named Bayler. If when you meet me I probably have five more dogs, don’t judge. I love to be silly and laugh a lot but I love to learn about other people and their passions the most.
